Torah on Tuesdays with Susan Schorr

The Torah on Tuesdays group is now traveling through the Book of Exodus and invites you to join us!  We work on Zoom, in English, and from a variety of perspectives, at our own pace, looking at the text as literature, as drama, as myth, as sacred writings, as teachings and so much more.  
 
First, we seek to understand the text on the page.  Then we ask what the text can teach us, as Reconstructionist Jews, as people living in the 21st century, as inheritors of a tradition, as individuals and as a community.  We also have a lot of fun as we each define a personal relationship to the sacred words.
