We will officially welcome and install our very own Rabbi Emily Cohen! We also welcome Rabbi Elyse Wechterman, Executive Director of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical Association, who will be joining us and taking part in the ceremony.
Services begin at 10am, followed by a festive, celebratory kiddush lunch. You don't want to miss this wonderful event in the life of our community!
Services will be in-person and hybrid.
In Person: If you plan to attend in person, please review the synagogue's COVID guidelines. Starting with services this weekend (June 9 and 10), mask use will be optional in the middle- and far- right sections of the sanctuary (facing the bima). The far-left section will be reserved for those who prefer to sit exclusively with fully masked congregants. In addition, we recommend that mask use on the bima be optional.
Elevator access: Elevator access is available to all levels of our synagogue building.
Zoom/Hybrid: To attend services via Zoom, if you are not currently a member or on our mailing list, admin [at] westendsynagogue.org (please contact us for instructions on how to access our services on Zoom).
